The developer JFL Living, of the partners Jorge Felipe Lemann, Carolina Burg Terpins and Guilherme Vilazante, specialized in long stay rental buildings in high-end properties, is about to start the construction of a residential building in the “backyard” of the JK Iguatemi shopping mall, in Sao Paulo.
The trio, which since 2017 began to move the city’s real estate sector, already has two buildings in operation (V_House and VO699) and three under construction (in the Ibirapuera, Faria Lima and Jardim Paulistano regions). “The goal is to reach 800 apartment units. With the five projects, we will already have 600 ”, says CEO Carolina Terpins.
She explains that the São Paulo market is still the priority. In the future, buildings will come in Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro. Last year, real estate asset manager JFL Realty underwent restructuring, with the entry of billionaire Marcel Telles (partner of Jorge Paulo Lemann at AB InBev and the 3G fund). Together, Lemann “filho” and Telles add up to R $ 400 million in residential assets for lease.
